HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !

Come help me celebrate my birthday at the venerable Bull Run Thursday Soundstage 215 Great Rd., Shirley, MA. I would love to see new and ‘used’ friends gather for dinner at this great venue. No presents… just bring your self and ears ready for some great music.

I am splitting the bill with Nate Smith (no relation, other than musical friendship). Nate is a seasoned singer/songwriter with an early Dylan flavor. Together, we make a pair of sixties-style folkies.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. and my 45 minute set starts promptly at 7:00. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. You can contact me to purchase tickets, or if you are willing to pay the service charge, please click to purchase tickets online.

Please call the Bull Run if you will be having dinner so that they may advise their kitchen staff. You may dine in The Ballroom (where the show takes place), or arrive early and eat in the dining room, where you will be offered a more extensive menu.

On Monday, March 8, 2010 I will be the feature performer at the Roslindale Open Mike, Roslindale, MA. Doors open at 6:00 pm, my feature starts at about 8:30.

I will do a short 15 minute feature set at the Savoury Lane Restaurant, 251 Arlington St., West Acton, MA, 01720.

The feature performers this evening will be Eric Kilburn and Rich Eilbert, both very talented musicians. Show up at 6:30 and sign up to perform a song. This is a fun open mike, and the restaurant serves very reasonably priced light meals and beer/wine.

I will be supporting the marvelous Kate Chadbourne at Emerson Umbrella, 40 Stow Street
Concord, MA. Doors open at 7:30 pm. This is a repeat of last year’s terrific Saint Patrick’s Day event. Also appearing are Pat Kenneally, Robert Phillipps, Bill Kehoe, Linda Abrams.
