Once again I will join about 24 other winners of the weekly Lizard Lounge Open Mic Competition for their “Main Event”, a single elimination contest. A lot of excellent performers will be on the list. Come on down and cheer for the old guy in a flannel shirt (me).

The Lizard Lounge is at 1667 Mass. Ave., Cambridge, MA 02138. Doors open at about 7:30 pm. There is a cover charge, a bar and food is served.

Live in the studios of HCAM-TV, 77 Main Street, Hopkinton, MA. I will share a set of music with my daughter, Mally Smith at Wake Up and Smell the Poetry, a live studio recording of music and spoken word. 10:30 am, admission free and all are welcome. Hosted by Cheryl Perreault.

I will do a 50 minute show on Saturday April 24 at 4:00 pm at the venerable New England Folk Festival in Mansfield, MA. The festival runs from Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.
