This project started as a do-it-yourself, private release for my grandchildren and their parents during a time when the COVID-19 pandemic requires us to stay apart. I recorded it at home – singing and playing all of the instruments. I had so much fun making it, I decided to share it with you!
Very special thank yous to:
-
My daughter Mally Smith for collaboration and vocal harmonies; and to Evan Hamilton for recording Mally in Edinburgh and Penicuik, Scotland.
Clio Moock for singing “Mostly I’m a Kid”; and to her father Alastair Moock for recording Clio at home in Melrose, MA.
Sean Staples of Wesley Park Studio coaching, mixing
Dave Westner mastering
Lisa Bastoni cover art
Leslie Lee graphic design
In memory of Apple Rob (Robert G. Ayres)
Sing on!
